The Site Security Manager role is considered 100% travel, meaning employees in this role must have the ability to work on-site in various locations throughout the entirety of the year. 

As a Site Security Manager, you will be essential to furthering our mission by conducting on-site inspections to ensure ICD 705 compliance, prepare comprehensive reports with photographic evidence and recommendations. This role will also complete necessary documentation, lead design teams in meeting ICD 705 requirements, and provide valuable assistance throughout the accreditation process.

This role will:

  • Lead, coordinate, and conduct thorough short and long-term on-site inspections of ICD 705 construction projects, ensuring strict compliance with ICD 705 regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on ICD 705 project compliance, including photographic evidence, detailed observations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Expertly complete all necessary documentation required by ICD 705 standards.
  • Actively participate in design and/or construction meetings and lead design teams in aligning with and meeting ICD 705 requirements.
  • Provide valuable assistance to clients throughout the ICD 705 accreditation process.
  • Lead and assist customers with construction site security, including access control procedures, and Construction Security Plan compliance.
  • Participate with facility security threat and vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • Help craft recommended solutions and alternatives for mitigation measures identified to support an enhanced client security posture.
  • Support security measures by documenting, researching, and defining appropriate solutions, processes, and technologies to provide the required level(s) of mitigation.

This role might be a good fit for you if you have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of construction documents, construction means and methods, and possesses in-depth knowledge of integrating and complying with ICD 705 standards.
  • Exceptional proficiency in documenting and reporting observations and recommendations, employing a clear and easily comprehensible format.
  • An ability to adeptly and effectively guide clients through the accreditation process.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and dedication to becoming a recognized authority in order to provide exemplary service to clients and their teams.
  • An active personnel security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree or years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Programs & Bluebeam, preferred.
Salary Range
$66,560$106,800 USD
