&lt;li&gt;You will be covering all people operations tasks, such as on/off-boarding, contract management, certificate preparation, and leave management (parental leave etc.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will be responsible for carrying out our monthly or bi-monthly payroll in Germany, UK, US, and Canada and coordinating the payroll with our external EOR agency, Papaya Global, in all the other locations ( worldwide).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will also be responsible for coordinating the open enrollment in the USA at the end of the year in collaboration with our PEO Vensure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will take care of all topics-benefits and payroll.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will contribute to the well-functioning of all people operations in the team, together with our other People Advisor, by answering stakeholders&#39; and employees&#39; requests.&lt;/li&gt;
