What are we looking for:

Our Appointment Schedulers are an integral part of our Operations team. They have excellent communication and organizational skills. They know how to handle tough conversations and love solving problems in order to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. 

 

This position will be remote until summer 2021. All interviews and training will take place virtually.

We are looking for 2 Appointment Schedulers to fill the schedules of 10:00am - 6:30pm, 11:00am - 7:30pm, or 11:30am - 8:00pm

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Communicate with customers across the United States, via inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule end of lease vehicle inspection appointments.
  • Enter information accurately into our scheduling software.
  • Correctly cancel and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Build effective partnerships with internal teams to offer and provide exceptional, seamless customer service.

What you will need

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
  • Experience working with customers over the phone strongly preferred.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to type and talk simultaneously.
  • Upbeat, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
