Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the existing Accounts Receivable team.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Implement strategies to optimize the collections process and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Analyze receivables data to identify trends, assess credit risk, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and goals.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Accounts Receivable management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management.
  • RCM Management: Proven track record of successfully managing the entire Revenue Cycle Management process.
  • Collections Improvement: Demonstrated ability to implement strategies for improving collections efficiency and reducing outstanding receivables.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team of AR professionals.
  • Immediate Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work either day or mid-shift schedules.
  • Work Week: Full-time position with a 5-day workweek.
