Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the existing Accounts Receivable team.
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Implement strategies to optimize the collections process and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Analyze receivables data to identify trends, assess credit risk, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and goals.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Accounts Receivable management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management.
- RCM Management: Proven track record of successfully managing the entire Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Collections Improvement: Demonstrated ability to implement strategies for improving collections efficiency and reducing outstanding receivables.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team of AR professionals.
- Immediate Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work either day or mid-shift schedules.
- Work Week: Full-time position with a 5-day workweek.
