Position Summary:
This is an exciting and high-impact role in our B2B employer team. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for managing leads, closing new customers and driving net new business growth across all industry verticals. You will be an early member of the B2B sales team and a key contributor.
What You'll Do:
Understand the B2B Earned Wage Access market landscape and evangelize Earnin’s product platform and employer value proposition
Align on B2B goals, sales plan & sales process (qualification, cadence, cycle)
Navigate prospect organizations and prove value to multiple stakeholders with data
Build, nurture and close a pipeline of qualified employer prospects
Negotiate agreements and terms of service.
Prepare hand off to Customer Success
Stay abreast of market trends and developments, evolving sales pitch as needed
Manage and close sales ranging from 1000 employees to large enterprise with over 50,000 employees
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably to HR/Benefits
Strong experience prospecting and self-generating pipeline with the ability to manage 20+ opportunities
Consistent history of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to navigate, manage and accelerate longer sales cycles
Consultative selling process with proven ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Self-starter, data-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to ramp quickly
Start-up sales experience a bonus
