Join the AIQ Product Marketing Team: 

Product Marketing at ActionIQ plays a critical role in our efforts to educate and influence the market on the value of our solution, foster deep customer relationships and generate new business opportunities. This role will be tightly connected to the entire organization and external partners and market influencers. As a member of the team, you’ll join a fast-paced, results-oriented group that is passionate about taking our company to the next level of growth.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Become ActionIQ’s chief product storyteller by taking ownership of positioning & messaging across the product suite and creating short- and long-term content marketing strategies that articulate our differentiated offering to market.
  • Cultivate relationships and partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, internally and externally, to produce positioning, messaging and content that speaks to our target audiences and meets the needs of key stakeholders.
  • Create content and coordinate with third-party resources to create content supporting thought influencing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales cycles that accelerate revenue goals and objectives.
  • Support development of go-to-market strategies, collateral, sales material, and competitive intelligence information to enable the success of sales, success, partnerships, content and more
  • Manage a content calendar and own the end-to-end process for creating and updating materials, from idea generation and writing through to distribution and tracking
  • Actively oversee corporate website and blog, as well as presence of company across partner and industry websites, to ensure content and brand are consistent and optimized to attract site visitors via organic or paid search.
  • Manage the distribution of content across all channels, internally and externally; work across the marketing and sales teams to maximize exposure and prospect generation opportunity for each asset.
  • Oversee and/or participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new campaigns, content, messaging and sales tools.
  • Monitor and report on content marketing metrics/insights and show continuous improvement of the content strategy based on data.
  • Ensure all content is on-point and on-brand, error-free, consistent in style, and optimized for both search and user experience across all channels including print, web, social, and email.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years experience developing core product marketing and go-to-market materials (marketing clouds and/or CDP a plus)
  • Strong content background with experience across a variety of medium and formats – print, web, email, sales tools, ebooks, blog, infographics, video.
  • Proven track record of distilling complex concepts and crafting compelling positioning and thought influencing content
  • Creativity and passion for leveraging content to drive brand creation and awareness, as well as customer acquisition and retention.
  • Expertise in B2C enterprise marketing technology stack, first-party customer data and marketing use cases
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to independently manage multiple projects and complete projects within budget and on time.
  • A collaborative, team player that is adept at building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Our competitive compensation package includes base salary, stock options, and generous benefits. The salary range for this role is: $140,000 - $157,500.
