We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our all-star team who will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring digital media campaigns using ActionButton technology. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, creative, results-driven, technically-minded individual who is enthusiastic and prepared to deliver what is needed for our growing business. Ideally candidates will have 1-3 years experience in either account management (online publisher experience preferred) or digital planning and placement.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the successful setup and execution of digital campaigns for assigned accounts - from creative development to smart paid media execution to tracking and optimization
    • Set up kick off calls and timelines to launch with media agency and brand teams
    • Contribute to creative development with input from Sales and Marketing teams
    • Coordinate campaign setup using third party verification tags from partners such as DV, Nielsen, DCM etc
    • Work with direct online publisher and programmatic DSP partners to manage placement of media (using tactics such as contextual and audience targeting) 
    • Deliver campaigns that meet each account’s goals - such as impressions, targeting, engagement - ensuring full delivery on time and within budget
    • Interpret campaign performance, including media, creative, strategy - generate actionable insights and solutions to keep learning and optimizing from the data

We are looking for:

  • 1-3 years experience in account management (online publisher or network preferred) or in a digital planning, operations or investment role
    • Familiarity with online advertising language, metrics and analysis, with DSPs and Ad verification vendors (such as DV, DCM, Moat, Innovid), and with Data Visualization products (Tableau, Chartio etc) is preferred 
  • Highly motivated, proactive individual with strong relationship skills
  • Ability to strategize and optimize new and existing campaigns for brands using a combination of research, data, analytics, creativity and technical understanding
  • Problem solving and storytelling ability- you are comfortable with numbers and data and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and pride in always delivering quality work
  • You embody empathy, stay calm under pressure, and have a can-do attitude
