As a Strategic Partner & Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by recruiting and developing large, high-potential partner accounts and closing strategic end-customer cybersecurity deals. This position combines partner recruitment and enablement with direct enterprise account management to deliver exceptional value in the cyber protection domain. You will work with mature partners and enterprise customers, executing a dual strategy that maximizes revenue opportunities and strengthens our market position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner Recruitment & Enablement
- Large Partner Recruitment:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential, large-scale partners aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations, ensuring alignment and long-term collaboration. - Partner Development:
- Create and execute strategic enablement plans to drive partner success in selling and deploying cyber protection solutions.
- Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively address market needs and customer challenges. - Performance Management:
- Monitor partner performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
-Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities and remove barriers to achieving results.
Enterprise Account Management
- Strategic Customer Engagement:
- Own and manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts to drive cybersecurity solution adoption and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager, ensuring consistent and proactive communication with key stakeholders. - Solution Selling:
- Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
- Design and present tailored solutions that address business objectives and mitigate risks. - Deal Closure:
- Lead the negotiation and closing of high-value, strategic cybersecurity deals with enterprise customers.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internal Alignment:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to align strategies and deliver seamless customer and partner experiences.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. - Market Positioning:
- Act as a subject-matter expert, representing the company at industry events, partner forums, and customer meetings.
- Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, threats, and competitor activities to enhance value delivery.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Sales, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in partner recruitment, channel sales, or enterprise account management, in the cybersecurity domain.
- Proven success in recruiting and managing large-scale partners and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, trends, and customer needs.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align partner and customer strategies with business objectives for maximum impact.
- Sales Expertise: Proficient in solution selling and deal negotiation, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with partners and enterprise customers.
- Analytical Ability: Skilled in performance tracking, forecasting, and using data to drive decision-making.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with a proven ability to work across functions and geographies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
