We are seeking a Project Manager (Data Center Operations) to lead the evolution of our project and program management practices. You will oversee a diverse range of initiatives, including globally distributed networks, data center expansions, internal tooling development, and other strategic projects. Collaborating with a large team of technical engineers and cross-functional business units, you will define project scopes, establish timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to improving tools, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee a portfolio of complex initiatives, delivering technical projects across global regions.
  • Manage all aspects of interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to developing best practices, templates, tools, policies, and partnerships to strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Lead or support feasibility studies, vendor evaluations, and proposal assessments with key stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret legal and financial documents.
  • Bring fresh ideas and champion innovative solutions to address challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Establish and execute an internal communication strategy to keep all levels of the team and management aligned.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly in data center operations and network connectivity.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving expertise with a focus on teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday) and methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Agile).
  • Experience designing dashboards and reporting tools for diverse audiences, leveraging multiple data sources.
  • Ability to build financial models and manage vendor contract negotiations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
