We are looking for a Marketing Education Event Specialist for the Education department, who is ready to join our mission of creating a #CyberFit future! 

This is an essential role for scaling our educational events and significantly increasing their impact. We are searching for a dedicated specialist who will streamline the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring that all Acronis strategic regions & countries are covered effectively. This includes addressing regional specifics to tailor our educational schedule to diverse audiences. By having this role, we can enhance our ability to boost partners' engagement and improve overall performance globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Event Execution:

  • Organize different types of educational events for Acronis’ partners from the beginning to the end: educational boot camps, online classes, product launch training, and webinars
  • Organize and manage Acronis training at 3rd party events
  • Lead the content localization to conduct events in different regions and different languages
  • Create the marketing plans for the event’s promotion and execute the promotion
  • Manage the event schedules across the globe
  • Manage speakers and brief them accordingly
  • Work closely with Acronis’ partners (distributors) in setting up similar events through their channels
  • Work closely with regional marketing managers and support local teams in implementing the educational events into their plans
  • In collaboration with Academy, Product Marketing and Product Management build the content for these events ensuring Acronis’ partners receive valuable insights and updates on products and services
  • Ensure clear communication of objectives, roles, and responsibilities across different departments and geographies
  • Follow the company’s event policy with high-end standards for each detail

 

Event analysis:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track events' success metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Collect relevant data and provide recommendations before, during, and after the event
  • Regularly provide detailed reports
  • Analyze performance metrics and feedback from partners across different geographic regions, using insights to refine and improve our educational activities
  • Analyse events in the priority geographies to understand its unique characteristics, cultural preferences, and educational needs. Identify similarities and differences between the geographies to tailor the events accordingly for specific regions
  • Conduct a thorough evaluation of the successful educational events. Identify key success factors, including content effectiveness, delivery methods, and participant engagement metrics
  • Modify the educational content and org. methods to suit the cultural and linguistic preferences of the target geographies. Collaborate with local stakeholders (RMM, sales) to ensure authenticity and relevance

 

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)  

  • 3+ years’ experience in international event management including in-person events, virtual events, and webinars – both external and internal.
  • Solid knowledge of SalesForce and Marketo, Jira, and Confluence
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up  
  • Fluent English, a second language will be preferable
