The Marketing Manager for Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office will be responsible for overseeing the marketing activities related to Acronis True Image in the Japanese market. This role involves close collaboration with sales and eCommerce managers to ensure global marketing strategies are aligned with sales goals and localized to meet regional needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Marketing Plan Coordination

Support the prosumer sales and eCommerce managers with their marketing activities, adhering to standard processes such as Marketing Planning Sheets, Allocadia, Concur, processing accounts payable, and vendor management.
Track and report marketing plan execution process
Monitor key performance indicators and report the status to the management

Prosumer Cadence Calls with Global and Local Team

Facilitate regular meetings with the prosumer, eCommerce and sales teams to discuss ongoing marketing strategies and performance.

Product Launch Support

Participate in weekly launch calls with the product launch team to track product launch readiness and execution.
· Assist with regional launch activities, including local pricing, product lineup decisions, product asset localization, and peer review entries.
Manage the localization and production of regional box designs and box inserts according to Japanese retail requirements.

Communication Materials

Draft and dispatch new product announcement letters to distributors and resellers, detailing new products, discontinuations, and price changes.

Event and PR Support

Collaborate with the sales and PR teams to prepare for new product PR and media events, including preparing PR content and product presentation decks, and presenting to media and audiences.

Online Sales Marketing Support

Manage the localization of promotions for the Acronis online shop, including landing pages and promotional emails for campaigns such as New Product Launches, Back to School, Halloween, Golden Week, Black Friday, End of Year Holidays, Backup Day, etc.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in software or technology industries.
Strong understanding of the Japanese market and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in both Japanese and English.
E-commerce experience is a plus
Skills of using Generative AI for content production is a plus
