Acronis is looking for a responsible candidate to create and maintain Knowledge Base content on different Acronis products and support processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  •  Ensure KB readiness for new product releases/updates/hotfixes for Consumer, Backup, Mobility, MSP Business Units (creating new and updating existing content, preparing screenshots, diagrams, synchronizing content with Japanese KB)
  • Review and publish KB content prepared by Support Engineers and employees from other groups
  • Write content by request from RnD and other Acronis departments
  • Create new articles requested from ‘Steps taken’
  • Ensure Volume drivers coverage in Knowledge Base
  • Create internal articles on Support processes and policies
  • Drive KB Resolution rate
  • Analyze Customer feedback received via KB form and take appropriate actions
  • Work closely with Product Management and Development Team on receiving information on product features, details in a timely manner
  • Perform individual assignments
  • Constantly develop and improve oneself: improve writing/technical/project management skills
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with other internal departments

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Ability to learn highly technical products quickly, using pre-release software and internal documentation
  • Exemplary accuracy and strong attention to details
  • Desirable but not obligatory
  • Knowledge and experience with composing and revising technical texts
