Acronis is seeking for the Sales Team Lead whose main purpose is to manage and lead a group of sales representatives that help sign up new Service Providers. This job gives you the opportunity to face challenging tasks that need a thorough understanding of basic management ability. The Sales Team Lead is accountable for supervision of Cloud Sales Representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing, training and developing sales team for software companies and technologies
  • Extend call scripts that helps with opportunities creation and deals closures
  • Interface closely with marketing and telemarketing department as well to ensure alignment
  • Use data driven examines to optimize operations
  • Do coaching sessions and simulation calls to improve the performance and results
  • Analyze statistics, all available data and provide conclusions and action plans to improve situation
  • Making team reimbursement arrangements and performance metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years experience in Inside Sales, understanding of sales techniques, trainings and basic terminology
  • Experience in managing Team of at least 5 people as a Supervisor, Manager, or Team Lead 
  • Experience in Software Inside Sales
  • Strong commutation and people management skills
  • Fluent English
