We are looking for a new team member to join us for building and growing Acronis team. The position is temporary for 6-12 months.


  • Manage full cycle of recruitment process from initial requisition to final placement of candidates for the respective job functions, mainly technical / IT / R&D roles – source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend candidates for all level jobs
  • Place employment ads in appropriate sources
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific department requirements
  • Manage a variety of vacancies, prioritize, multitask
  • Scour job search websites for potential candidates and contact them personally
  • Participate in career fairs, recruit from universities, colleges, technical schools
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
  • Maintain strong communication and relationship with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Act as a point of contact for new and current employees
  • Act as regional Recruitment Business Partner towards local and international management
  • Partner with international HR teams on additional projects and employee issues as required


  • 3-5+ years of previous experience in a fast-paced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition position managing technical / IT / R&D roles
  • Wide experience in working with different technical positions
  • Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Experience sourcing and managing talent for a variety of positions and levels at the same time
  • Proficiency in MS Office package
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, guidelines and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail, good priority management, problem analysis and organization skills
  • Ability to stay focused, manage competing priorities, and multi-task a high volume of workload
  • Team player, proactive, problem-solver and agile person
  • Feeling comfortable at dealing with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to adapt the communication style to different audiences
  • Fluent written and spoken English
