The Business Manager to the Global Sales Leader position will be responsible to provide high quality support and oversight in assisting on strategic business objectives and operational matters. This position will report to Global Sales Leader. The Business Manager will be exposed to all sides of the business, and successful candidates will be able to leverage this experience to substantially advance in their business careers at Acronis. The job may requires at least 30% of travel time.


  • Work with Global Sales Leader on strategy, business rhythm, and other business priorities
  • Manage weekly sales forecast process in close cooperation with Operations and Finance teams
  • Start and run one off projects, which do not have yet a natural location in the current company sales organization
  • Support and synchronize with Global Sales Leader and other executives on priorities and issues; follow-up to ensure proper execution
  • Identify cross-functional issues and facilitate execution by orchestrating contributions from different functional organizations
  • If required represent Global Sales Leader at leadership and senior level meetings
  • Analyze business performance and review objective metrics
  • Implement special projects and initiatives as required
  • Support regular reviews of business performance and objective metrics


  • University degree and proven experience in IT industry
  • 5+ years of similar experience in multinational matrix organizations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communications and cross-functional management skills
