Acronis ANZ is expanding and we are on the lookout for an ambitious, Strategic Partner Manager to join our growing team. The Strategic Business Development Team In this role you will hunt and manage strategic partnerships with some of Acronis's largest Partners that will take our engagement with them to the next Level.


  • Create mindshare and enable new & existing Strategic channel partners to position & sell Acronis products
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual quota
  • Responsible to develop, manage and close large strategic deals in the ANZ Region
  • Existing experienced and proven success with Government related accounts, Financial institutions will be a bonus
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to obtain new strategic partners, through cold calling and other channels – 70% Hunter / 30% Farmer
  • Define and execute partners sales plans
  • Accountability for sales quota, execution of goals and objectives
  • Identify and prioritize top accounts within the local territory market
  • Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecasts using automation tools
  • Building in-depth knowledge of clients’ technical and business priorities, challenges and initiative that can be translated into IT solution opportunities
  • Developing new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
  • Maintain cutting edge knowledge of new product offerings, competitive issues, and selling techniques
  • Strategize, prioritize and monitor business plans to meet sales goals and objective
  • Grow new Acronis products tasked by management
  • Any other duties as assigned


  • 8+ years of successful direct sales and channel selling experience
  • Experience in selling into large MSP’s / Telcos and System Integrators
  • Ability to develop highly productive reseller and referral partner relationships so that partners become self-sufficient in marketing and selling our product
  • B2B channel sales experience or senior relevant experience with an integrator and/or reseller distributor
  • Executive level consultative selling skills with demonstrated customer centric solutions focused selling ability of a relevant solution or portfolio
  • Highly Motivated; can work in a rapidly growing company and industry
  • Aggressively leverages the channel to hunt for new sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated consistent quota attainment in Cyber Security and Data Protection space preferred
  • Effective communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast, pipeline and track activity and have effective time management skills
  • High energy, strong prospecting, qualifying and closing skills
