We are looking for a Channel Program Manager - the person on this position will be responsible for creating, coordinating and analyzing channel management processes and programs across business units involved into channel development: business development, channel enablement, channel marketing, channel support, channel operations and solution engineering. This position reports directly to the Acronis Channel Chief.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviewing and identifying the key areas of improvement of Acronis channel function
  • Adjusting/Creating new ways of working (WoW) of Acronis Channel Business Units by:
    • Analyzing the current WoW set up
    • Identifying channel management processes gaps
    • Adjusting existing channel business processes
    • Aligning channel business units’ objectives and metrics
    • Delivering trainings on new WoW to the respective channel business units
    • Controlling processes execution within the respective business units
  • Creating a new framework of analytic reports, identifying the outcomes, creating new plan of actions
  • Creating and monitoring new KPI’s for channel organization and its business units
  •  Establishing and maintaining Business Planning Process as a key element in Partners development:
    • Analyzing the current Business Planning Process
    • Proposing the optimization in process
    • Documenting changes
    • Making new process actionable, trackable, and aligned with targets
  • Developing relationships and communication channels with key stakeholders, general managers, business unit leaders and influencers with a significant focus on continuous discovery, gap analysis and improvement
  • Working on strategy with the Channel Marketing Team
  • Design and implementation of channel programs
  • Coordinating cross-business unit’s activities and resolving high-level issues within the project
  • Coordinating implementation with channel tools and processes with Acronis Cyber Systems

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel management and business development
  • Experience in project management and/or managing a team (project team and/or people team)
  • Knowledge and understanding of various of analytic tools (PBI, Excel and others)
  • Competency in MS application including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to structure data and present outcomes
  • Ability to drive results without direct authority
  • Confident and assertive professional, acting as an independent but also capable of working within a team
  • Good listener, creative, intuitive, and with the ability to resolve problems in potentially stressful situations
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent English
