We are looking for an experienced Senior PR Manager to join our Global PR and Communications team to lead the development and execution of NAM PR activities, to increase the visibility of Acronis' business and products in the media, and support brand awareness in the market. The Senior PR Manager will be responsible for developing a creative storytelling program, managing on-going momentum, launching new products, supporting our sports partnerships, managing PR activities for integrated marketing campaigns and supporting our events team with the PR activities around the Acronis Global Cyber Summit and other regional events.

PR & Media Relations:

  • Use in-depth knowledge of business, audience profiles and functional plans to align communication messages with business and strategic plans
  • Facilitate and manage all communications with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure execution of strategic PR plans
  • Manage a network of journalists and influencers
  • Build relationships with thought leaders/influencers to grow industry awareness
  • Manage jr PR manager and any agencies to effectively hit KPIs
  • Contribute to the development of global PR plans and product launches and coordinate with colleagues worldwide
  • Closely cooperate with digital marketing and product marketing and product management teams
  • Monitor competitor PR activities and create counter-activities


  • Create and support media activities related to the Acronis Global Cyber Summit
  • Support regional marketing events with journalist and other suitable content
  • Drive PR surrounding sport partnership events in North America
  • Develop the PR strategy and participate in key events in the industry


  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations for PR strategy
  • Measure the impact of consumer, media, marketing and sport events
  • Monitor the evolution of the brand indicators (notoriety, consideration, image)
  • Optimize the PR budget


  • Drive award strategy
  • Ensure KPIs related to award research, strategy and execution are consistently hit
  • Assist in development of award execution as appropriate


  • 10+ years’ experience in Public Relations, Communications, and Marketing
  • Must have proven work experience in PR
  • Must have strong relationships with security media in the USA
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Past experience working for an agency is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable giving both broadcast and print media interviews
  • Established relationships with both local and national businesses and industry media outlets
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Self-starter and autonomous
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English is required (verbal and written)
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
