We are looking for Technical Product Manager to drive improvements around operational efficiency and mass management of Acronis Cyber Platforms that are deployed across 100+ geographies and provides Cyber Protection services to millions of our partners and customers around the globe.


  • Conduct market research to learn best practices in managing large scale platforms and identify potential strategic development areas and opportunities
  • Collect and analyze feedback from Partners, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements for new capabilities and improvements around Cyber Platform operational processes and tools
  • Create roadmap, gain alignment with leadership, build backlog for R&D teams and prioritize for team to deliver business value
  • Facilitate communication throughout the development process inside Acronis, collaborate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and ship planned improvements
  • Produce business requirements and technical specifications, including architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, API specs, participate in preparing UX-projects and UI-mockups and product documentation
  • Actively participate in project initiation, requirements gathering, execution and UAT
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks to help delivering more value to our partners and customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to communicate operational best practices and provide on-going team trainings, work closely with partners to communicate upcoming changes and collect feedback


  • 3+ years of experience managing software projects and services (product management, project management, or solution architect role)
  • Experience in infrastructure area (both on-prem and cloud)
  • Experience in building and deploying of applications in Micro services architecture
  • Strong knowledge and experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible/Chef/Puppet
  • Strong knowledge and experience with both containerized (Docker and Kubernetes) as well as VM environments
  • Strong knowledge and experience being responsible for running applications in production
  • Strong knowledge and experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
