Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Manage and drive new programs that support the organization's objectives.
Working with other departments to develop program plans, charters and budgets.
Evaluating and assessing the programs' strengths and weaknesses.
Drive team meetings and flawless communication with stakeholders to discuss program status, goals, risks and decisions.
Working with the marketing team to improve go-to-market strategies
Accountable for enabling a productive culture.
Creating and managing long-term goals for both programs and business objectives.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security and quality.
Comprehensive analysis of program risks.
Accountable for creating and responding to change in a way that enables organization to meet or exceed their goals.
5+ Years experience in program management or similar role within a digital/IT organization
Experience in agile work environments
Superior understanding of content management systems, Drupal strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: Project Management, Program Management, and/or SCRUM certification
