  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Manage and drive new programs that support the organization's objectives.
  • Working with other departments to develop program plans, charters and budgets. 
  • Evaluating and assessing the programs' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Drive team meetings and flawless communication with stakeholders to discuss program status, goals, risks and decisions. 
  • Working with the marketing team to improve go-to-market strategies
  • Accountable for enabling a productive culture.
  • Creating and managing long-term goals for both programs and business objectives. 
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security and quality. 
  • Comprehensive analysis of program risks.
  • Accountable for creating and responding to change in a way that enables organization to meet or exceed their goals.

Key requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience in program management or similar role within a digital/IT organization
  • Experience in agile work environments
  • Superior understanding of content management systems, Drupal strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred: Project Management, Program Management, and/or SCRUM certification
