A&C Plastics is offering a full-time Marketing Internship for our fast-paced office.
HOURS: Monday - Friday, work anytime between 8:00 am to 5:00pm; (remote work NOT available)
ABOUT THIS INTERNSHIP:
A&C Plastics is looking for a highly self-motivated Marketing Intern to provide and execute creative ideas to help achieve our goals and push growth. Responsibilities include photography and videography of staff, products and company events, Internal and external messaging, managing social media campaigns, maintenance of our website & creating promotional materials. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with all departments to help them achieve their goals. This internship will help you gain valuable experience in marketing and prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have obtained or currently working towards Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication with focused attention to detail
- A self-motivated, high achiever who can multitask, prioritize, plan work, and manage time effectively
- Experience with marketing tools such as: Canva, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Adobe CC Suite
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms, a plus
- Graphic design experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Proficiency in managing/creating social media content
- Willingness and ability to exhibit A&C Core Values every day.
WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE:
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
- Support sales staff by providing new product information sheets
- Support supply chain by editing product data sheets & MSDS sheets
- Manage internal communications
- Create satisfaction surveys as needed
- Work with trade publications; Write press releases
- Research competitors to identify industry trends and make recommendations back to the team
- Keep leadership updated on project progress and status
- Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines
- Work efficiently independently
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices and marketing technologies
Both drug screen and background check will be conducted.
