Acorns is seeking Customer Support to build and maintain customers’ trust in Acorns as a revolutionary investing service.
Through your product know-how and brilliant customer service, you’ll help our users navigate through timely technical resolutions, product features, and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the point of user contact for all inquires, concerns, and product requests via phone and email
- Educate and assist new Acorns customers through onboarding and account approval process
- Research and troubleshoot technical issues by reporting bugs and feature requests
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a thoughtful and efficient manner
- Identify and escalate customer and product issues appropriately
- Cultivate and retain relationships with our customers through the delivery of personalized service
- BA/BS degree required
- 0-2 years of account management/customer service experience
- A passion for Acorns and a desire to share that enthusiasm and knowledge with customers
- Strong relationship building skills with a commitment to service and delivery
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- Masterful problem solving skills – identifying customer need and providing thoughtful solutions
- Exceptional customer-focused instincts with the ability to prioritize and escalate issues
- High degree of professionalism and poise
- Meticulous to a fault with a proven ability to multi- task
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, with flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Spanish proficiency a plus
