Responsibilities
Team management
- Guidelines for setting goals and summarizing results
- Create, initiate, compile, and format all the design templates that relate to the team's work.
- Strong with creative service and exploring more opportunities.
- Coaching and training the team for standard setup
- Effective communication skills play a vital role in fostering team unity and reducing conflicts.

Planning and Organization
- Manage the production process for brand marketing collateral and other creative marketing and communications projects. This includes mapping out project budgets, timelines, scope of work, etc.
- Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables
- Prioritize project timelines, workloads, cross-functional teams, and project objectives to ensure all elements of a project/campaign stay on track.
Communication & Project Management
- Accountable for designing the creative aspect of marketing campaigns to achieve client’s satisfaction
- Comfortable to provide advice, coach the team members, and make decisions which not conflict with the principles and processes of the team
- Be accountable for communicating internal plans/methodology and daily communication with key internal stakeholders
- Adopt a client-centered approach to all projects undertaken to ensure effective communication and project management throughout
- Maintain campaign design, lead the development of creative briefs, and support the development of presentations
- Maintain the consistency of the visual brand across all online collateral, and implement tools and activities to help ensure usage of and adherence to client’s brand guidelines.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Reviewing creative work for adherence to brand standards and best practices
- Reviewing client budgets to ensure that projects are completed within budget parameters
- Developing concepts for new campaigns based on client needs and brand identity
- Reviewing advertising drafts to ensure that they are relevant to target audiences and convey the appropriate message
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement opportunities to improve design, internal tools, and processes.
- Develop and lead an iterative and evidence-based approach to concept creation, ensuring that the content produced effectively communicates with the target audience through rigorous testing and evaluation activities.
- Create briefs to suit the needs of each customer in accordance with the work processes of the relevant internal teams. To create understanding and smooth work between collaboration teams.
- According to the contract, review the monthly budget and quota numbers for each brand.
- Assign Tasks and Manage resource capability and efficiency
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on Project Coordinator or Clients facing experience
- Can do Photoshop, Illustrator, After effect, Premier Pro and any other design tools would be advantage
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word)
- Excellent in UX / UI is a plus
- Able to design for desktop mobile and tablet
- Able to do PowerPoint presentations
- Able to do motion graphics and video
- Able to design in all categories, especially beauty and fashion
- Be initiative, always create new things for team development
- Multi-tasking skill
- Able to understand client's needs Good English skill
