Job Purpose

We are seeking a Associate Manager of Payroll for our Human Resources team who will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll-related tasks, maintaining records, and adhering to regulatory compliance.



Duties and responsibilities

  • Handle monthly payroll and ensure that the process proceeds correctly and on time
  • Manage the benefits program such as Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, Compensation, and Promotions.
  • Support line managers/ employees on key HR Operations such as performance management, development planning, employee survey, disciplinary action, employee transfers.
  • Update and maintain employee records, reports, and document files (manpower, transfer, attendance, leave, disciplinary action, traditional holidays, etc.)
  • Support Employee Relations activities and correspond on internal user requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments in accordance with HR jobs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and attendance operation processes
  • Experience of using Business Plus payroll program is preferable.
  • Good abilities in using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Strong personal and professional ethics & values.
