Job Purpose
We are seeking a Lead of Payroll for our Human Resources team who will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll-related tasks, maintaining records, and adhering to regulatory compliance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle monthly payroll and ensure that the process proceeds correctly and on time
- Manage the benefits program such as Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, Compensation, and Promotions.
- Support line managers/ employees on key HR Operations such as performance management, development planning, employee survey, disciplinary action, employee transfers.
- Update and maintain employee records, reports, and document files (manpower, transfer, attendance, leave, disciplinary action, traditional holidays, etc.)
- Support Employee Relations activities and correspond on internal user requests.
- Coordinate with other departments in accordance with HR jobs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and attendance operation processes
- Experience of using Business Plus payroll program is preferable.
- Good abilities in using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Good command of written and spoken Thai & English
