Due to excellent results and future scalability plans, you will play a key role in the commercial team working closely with commercial, accounting and technology development team and work with various clients’ representatives as account manager in E-commerce and Digital marketing to meet business requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define business requirements which related with P&L working process and report them back to business unit leader and key cross function to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
  • Create a detailed business analysis and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for company’s goal
  • Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, finance, IT, account manager, operation, and Tech team) to develop strategies that optimize workflow and drive quality results
  • Persuade internal teams and cross function of new process , workflow, control point, and new solution
  • Provide insights that help the decision-making process and align resource allocation within the budget
  • Create effective reports based on data analysis and control point to update project
  • Prepare case study and feasibility for new & existing project
  • Be an initiative person to initiate process improvement projects to make it more efficiently
  • Work closely with the commercial team and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
  • Monitor P/L and provide suggestions for all business units under commercial team

  • Be able to understand client’s requirements and feedback/recommend proper solutions
  • Be logical to use/adapt the fundamental features of basic office tools/programs
  • Be punctual, disciplined, and responsible for work assigned
  • Experience in working with senior decision makers
  • Bilingual is optional, but preferable (Thai-English), and Chinese is a plus
  • Consolidate files related to accounting from commercial team (e.g. Quotation, Purchasing Order.... etc) and submit to accounting team
  • Work closely with the commercial team and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
  • Monitor P/L and provide suggestions for all business units under commercial team
  • Be an initiative person to initiate process improvement projects to make it more efficiently
  • Following up all the unbilled receivables
