We are seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant with flexible availability to support the Office of the CEO & Chairman. This position will have some weekend/evening or early morning hours as well as some 'as needed' standard hours during the week during busy periods if available. We are specifically looking for support by completing work on Sunday night OR early Monday morning (before 8:00am ET) approximately ~3 hours, then be able to provide about 5-10 hours of support spread throughout the weekdays in which work will need to be completed late evening or early morning (before 8:00am ET), for a total of 10-15 hours of part time work each week.
- Listen, type and organize transcriptions and voice recordings.
- Prepare daily/weekly financial reports using various sources.
- Prepare expense reports
- Article management including printing, scanning, and research of periodicals, financial newsletters and news stories.
- Social media management (LinkedIn) including request and messages.
- Scheduling support – updating executive calendar and upcoming meeting list.
- Document editing including speeches, presentations, manuscripts etc.
- Complete Special Projects as requested - holiday baskets, business thank you gifts, employee appreciation (cards, gifts).
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word; Excel; Outlook
- Typing speed of 70 WPM
- Flexible schedule as described above
