We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Administrator to support the design, configuration, and administration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and related enterprise applications including ERP, communication systems, and O365. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues and with end users to ensure that CRM functionality meets business needs and keeps pace with technological changes. Strong technological aptitude, rapid acquisition and dissemination of information, and outstanding customer service skills are absolute requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Primary support of Dynamics 365 (Dynamics CRM) and related systems.
Administration activities such as installation, security, configuration, and documentation.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Plan and implement upgrades, hot fixes, and change requests.
Work with management to define roadmap of CRM including designing and developing solutions to address business needs.
Account management and security controls within the CRM platform and ancillary systems.
Identify opportunities to leverage CRM for efficiency and productivity gains.
Disaster recovery planning, testing and documentation.
Experience We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years’ experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 a plus).
Excellent analytical skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills including active listening.
Solid understanding of administration and security configurations and procedures.
Understanding of business processes and workflow management.
Ability to translate business challenges into technological solutions.
Must be self-motivated, able to work both independently and as a team member.
A positive, can-do attitude and desire to be part of a growing team.
