The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is an integral part of the Human Resources team responsible for partnering with management and staff to drive productivity and revenue and help us achieve our overall company mission.
What you will be doing:
Understand the business’ financial position, mid-range plans, culture and competition.
Leverage HR COEs, this role is responsible for talent management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and other HR programs below the executive management team.
Translate business goals into effective HR strategy and processes.
The position will include international human resource responsibilities.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in Human Resources Management.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant business experience or combination equivalent of education and experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of talent management and employee relations.
Strong oral and written and communication skills with the ability to present persuasive and compelling presentations to all levels.
Demonstrated ability to successfully multitask in a matrixed environment.
Critical skills including business partnership and influence, talent management, change management, employee relations, and communications.
Strong analytical ability to access situations and make data-driven decisions.
