Our Professinal Services Team

The Senior Technical Consultant works face-to-face with customers to gather requirements, perform remidation and deliver solutions. You will also review tools and best practices to implement and maintain Accruent solutions. You will look for ways to improve tools and processes, standardize common tasks, and troubleshoot technical issues with customers. You will work with other technical consultants to improve overall delivery and be committed to team success.  

How you'll make a difference

  • Support the installation and integration of Accruent Solutions through consulting and configuration work
  • Provide 3rd level support
  • Liaise with project management, vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and programme improvements
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Keep knowledge and skills up to date and share relevant knowledge by actively contributing to the Accruent Knowledge base
  • Keep implementation administration up to date

You'll stand out if you

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering  or related areas
  • Have an advanced verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Have advanced level of experience with data migration and database tool as Microsoft SQL Server
  • Data Engineer and ETL process and tools experience (example: MapForce or others)
  • Have experience in software development or implementations considering at least with one of those technologies: Java, JavaScript, .Net, Python.

Preferred skills/experience 

  • Consulting experience is desirable, as well as eagerness to learn and understand market trends
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, XML
