GenAI Azure Infrastructure Security Engineer
Job Description:
AFS is seeking a highly skilled Azure Infrastructure Security Engineer to design and implement a custom GenAI solution within a client Azure IL5 gov cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure services with a significant focus on security measures to ensure robust and secure deployment across various user groups.
The Work:
- Implement and manage robust authentication methods, such as Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Configure and manage cloud resources with a focus on security best practices, including virtual network service endpoints, Azure Key Vault usage for environmental variables, etc.
- Implement data encryption at rest and in transit, manage secure access to storage accounts, and utilize SAS tokens and CORS for secure data transactions.
- Address API integration issues ensuring secure communication through the use of OAuth, API keys, and token-based authentication.
Here's what you need:
- Proficient in Azure Storage, app and web services to build secure frontend and backend solutions.
- Prior experience designing and implementing RBAC
- Experience configuring and managing cloud resources with a strong focus on security best practices including virtual network service endpoints, Azure Key vault usage for environmental variables, etc.
Bonus points if you have:
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency in secure web development technologies such as Python, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with Azure AI Search and/or Azure OpenAI, with a focus on secure data handling and processing.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
