We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices.

You Are:

A Pega Developer

Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using Pega solutions.
Adhere to platform best practices in all development activities.
Code and perform unit testing using Pega features based on the design provided by the Senior Developer and Product Owners.
Create technical rules such as Data Pages, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, Case Types, Decision Rules, etc., following the branching strategy.
Demonstrate a good understanding of UX/UI and experience working with Portals, Skins, Flow Actions, Sections, and all UI components.
Handle production support work and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Work within DevSecOps, Scaled Agile Methodology, and AWS cloud environments.
Implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.

Here’s what you need:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pega development.
Strong experience in creating technical rules such as Data Pages, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, Case Types, Decision Rules, etc.
Good understanding of UX/UI and experience working with Portals, Skins, Flow Actions, Sections, and all UI components.
Experience in handling production support work and troubleshooting issues.
Working experience with DevSecOps, Scaled Agile Methodology, and AWS cloud environments.
Ability to implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
