Oracle PeopleSoft Development Lead
You are:
Application Development Lead for the PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and related systems
Responsibilities include:
- Supervises the design and creation of technical specifications from functional specifications for complex development projects.
- Role includes input, work and understanding of PeopleSoft code, SQL, and other coding languages, along with gaining understanding of client’s business.
- Role may have aspects related to design, build, testing, deployments, etc.
Here’s what you need:
- Experience in technical development and system design skills, highly preferred with PeopleSoft
- Peoplesoft HCM and Time & Attendance experience
- Must have hands on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engines and/or Integration Broker
- Must have knowledge in report creation, specifically SQR, BI Publisher and/or nVision
- Experience providing subject matter expertise in the industry, process, or technology areas
- Experience supervising teams of developers
- Experience leading PeopleSoft tax update and PUM upgrades including compare report tools, and drop/ keep analysis Preferred experience with Agile Framework
- Active Secret Clearance
Bonus Points If:
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR or Payroll or Time and Attendance
