Pega Business Analyst

The work:
- Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Pega to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
- Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution.
- Works closely with team to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.
- Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met.
- Plays an active role in configuring and testing the solution and supporting the technical team for any custom development required.
- Leads internal development of business process story / requirement gathering.
- Provides process flow and other system diagramming.
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with developing in Java, Microsoft Dynamics or ServiceNow.
- Demonstrating technical foundation and experience in platform development with low-code tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Klintone, Nintext, AgilePoint, Appian, TIBCO, AURA, Mendix, or other relevant tools.

Proficiency in a training environment developing Pega applications

Demonstrated abilities developing a Pega application

Must be willing to work onsite 5 days week

Top Secret clearance required

Prefer candidates with an engineering background/degrees over Computer Science, Information Technology
Bonus Point:
- Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)

- Candidate must currently possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
