You Are:
The Proposal Graphic & Visual Designer is part of the Proposal Development Center (PDC) and is responsible for producing high quality projects ensuring delivery of quality, creative and error-free products. They will be responsible for designing, developing and quality of graphics and art for federal proposal submissions.
Here's What You Need:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree in graphics design and 5 years of experience; may substitute for equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing graphics in a federal proposal environment.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and convey in Illustrated form.
- Experience conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly effective graphics
- High-level verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of responsibility
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressures.
- Strong organization skills, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize under strict deadlines.
- Must be up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Bonus Points if you have:
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory
- Technical background and Experience Facilitating brainstorming sessions resulting in creative illustrations

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
