The Work:
As an Infra Transformation Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading pivotal initiatives that are set to redefine the technological landscape of the organization. Your role will be instrumental in steering cloud migration projects, orchestrating data center closures, and fortifying data security measures. Your expertise in Oracle Database Architecture will be crucial as you design and implement robust database solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. You will leverage your knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities across the enterprise.
Your responsibilities will extend to navigating the complexities of Oracle Cloud Migration, ensuring a seamless transition of services from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud environment. This will involve meticulous planning, execution, and management of migration activities, all while minimizing disruption to business operations. You will be expected to have a strong command over cloud infrastructure and services, which will be vital in delivering cost-effective and scalable solutions. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams through these transformative processes will be key to the success of these initiatives.
To excel in this role, you should bring a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly those involving Oracle technologies. Experience with cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and a deep understanding of the technical and security challenges associated with cloud computing will be essential. Your analytical skills will enable you to assess and mitigate risks, while your project management acumen will ensure that all transformational activities are executed within scope, time, and budget. Here is what you need:
- 3+years; experience with Oracle Database Architecture
- 3+ years’ experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management EPM
- 3+ years’ experience with Oracle Cloud Migration
- 3+ years’ experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager
