The Work:
The SAP S/4 Manufacturing Manager (Manager) designs SAP manufacturing-related solutions and integrations to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, assessing, and presenting options for meeting the functional and technical requirements including analysis of alternative SAP products or modules and comparison to non-SAP products currently in use by client.
- Lead manufacturing solutioning activities.
- Provide guidance and direction to the rest of the functional team regarding integration of manufacturing-related capabilities with other modules or functions, ensuring alignment with project goals and supporting end-to-end workstreams.
- Provide recommendations on best-fit solutions for manufacturing-related capabilities within an SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, considering business requirements, project constraints, and other applications in use within landscape.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP manufacturing solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress for relevant scope, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate communication between teams for relevant scope, fostering a cohesive working environment.
- Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Here’s What You Need:
- 7+ years of experience with the integration of both SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Experience with participation in a full lifecycle SAP implementation of manufacturing capabilities, to include integration with one or more Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and one or more Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.
- 7 + years SAP implementation experience related to manufacturing processes
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience with any of these SAP modules/products: Manufacturing Execution (ME), S/4 Production Engineering and Operations (PEO)
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning
- Relevant SAP certifications
