Job Description:
Support the IT Operations efforts both with business process analysis, re-engineering and analysis. The team also creates and reports dashboard and status updates to senior leadership teams. Finally, the team will work closely within ServiceNow and work with the tool to adjust workflows, reports and tools.
Must have:
- 3 years of experience in consulting, operations or project coordination
- Experience with Jira or similar task tracking and incident tracking tool
- Familiarity with IT Operations best practices to include logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Good communication ability - this role will require engaging with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to implement IT Operations frameworks
Nice to have:
- Experience with Servicenow or a change management database (CMDB) platform
- System Administrator experience that involves making custom configurations
- Experience creating dashboards
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
