You Are:
The Identity and Access Management Support Engineer is responsible for the operation and support of the Accenture Federal Services Identity Management Infrastructure – including Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, M365, Microsoft Identity Manager, PKI, and other associated tools. The role requires knowledge of Azure Application Proxies, Single Sign On (SSO), MFA, Conditional Access, and scripting which interfaces with Identity Services. In addition, the individual will share responsibility with the team to be the Tier 3 escalation point for service requests and perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all aspects of Identity Object lifecycles (Cradle to Grave)
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining processes to ensure secure Identities
- Creating and maintaining support documentation for Identity & Access Management service offerings
- Creating and defining SoP and SoGs to support Identity operational processes
- Working closely with customers to close incident and request tickets related to all phases of Identity lifecycles
Here's What You Need:
- US Citizen on US soil
- 2+ years of Identity Management experience
- 2 years of experience in Directory Services (Active Directory/Entra ID preferred)
- 1 year of experience with Directory Synchronization software (Azure AD Connect/Azure Cloud Sync/MIM)
- 2 or more years of experience with Authentication and Authorization technologies
- 1 year of experience of PowerShell Scripting (or other scripting languages)

- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM)
- In depth understanding ITSM

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
