Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is building a team of highly qualified professionals that will provide expertise in Cloud, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity, who will support the development and sustainment of unique secure enclaves at the edge, that provide enterprise services and cyber network defense capabilities to customers across the DoD. AFS is seeking a Cloud/DevOps/Azure focused engineer to provide expertise using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, PowerShell, PowerShell DSC, Ansible, Azure Automation, and other related products to support the software development life cycle (SDLC), for an Azure focused capability.
The Work:
- Review and automate workload deployments with customer site specific requirements
- Design, develop, and build automated CI/CD pipelines to deliver solutions
- Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions into the production environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and automation
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers to solve complex problems
Here's what you need:
- 8+ years demonstrated performance in related field or technologies
- 2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms (strong preference for Azure)
- 1+ year of experience with template based IaC tools (such as Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
- 1+ year of experience with scripting languages (such as Powershell, DSC, Azure CLI)
- 1+ years of experience with Windows imaging to include scripting silent application installation, creating automation to support imaging, testing and deploying created images
Bonus points if you have:
- 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area
- Technical Certifications, such as:
- Microsoft AZ104, AZ305, AZ500, AZ600
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSLC, CASP, ITIL, CEH
Travel:
- Up to 50% (CONUS)
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
