The Work:
Directory Services Engineer (RHDS) will perform functional duties that include administration of Red Hat Directory Services products in Identity and Access Management, such as but not limited to, RadiantOne Identity Data Platform, and Shibboleth.
In this role you will-
- Support the review of existing processes and procedures and implement efficiency improvements to include automation of manual activities wherever possible.
- Perform installations and configurations for the SSO product – Shibboleth.
- Perform patching and system updates as necessary and analyze and resolve infrastructure issues between LDAP/Directory Services products and enterprise environments.
- Interface with customers as needed to support onboarding activities.
- Use tools such as Splunk to perform auditing and logging with LDAP/Directory Services products.
Here is what you need:
- 2+ years of administration and/or engineering experience with Red Hat Directory Server.
- Experience supporting an Identity and Access Management solution
- RedHat Linux OS Administration
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experienced in the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance, operating and usage of the Government Enterprise networks
- Familiarity with the NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines
- Experience with Shibboleth
- Experience supporting Cloud Service providers such as Cloud AWS, Azure, GCP
- Scripting experience with one or more of the following :Shell Scripting, Bash Scripting, Java Development/API’s,
- Automations experience with one ore more of the following: Puppet, Salt, or Ansible
- You have one or more of the following certifications:
- Identity & Access Management (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock)
- Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper)
- Security Tools (Splunk, Carbon Black, Cylance, McAfee, Tenable, FireEye, CrowdStrike, ELK)
