Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. This lead will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. The ServiceNow Delivery Lead will measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages development team, scope, project schedule
- Manages Risk and Issues
- Project Administration (internal and with client)
- Responsible for adherence to the Plan
- Manages dependencies
- Manages project budget
- Escalation point for project team
- Overall accountability for ensuring quality solution developed and deployed
Here's what you need:
- 5 years of experience in project management, specifically for system implementations
- 2+ years of experience leading enterprise integrations with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with ServiceNow

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
