The Work:
The Data Analyst will support data analysis, report generation, and business process/procedure design. They will assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining Service Level Management, Incident Management, and other operational reports. The Data Analyst will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of IT operations tasks, tools, and technologies and utilize expertise related to ITIL methodologies. Responsibilities shall include: Understanding business requirements in BI context and designing data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights Creating dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI Analyzing data and presenting data through reports that aid decision-making Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Power BI scripts in order to perform detailed analytics Performing DAX queries and functions in Power BI Analyzing current ETL processes Designing, developing and deploying business intelligence solutions as per needs
Here is what you need:
- Experience and a B.S. degree. Bachelor of Science (BS) can be substituted with an additional 4 years of related experience
- Experience with building enterprise level complex dashboard using Power BI
- Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst (preferably in support of IT Operations)
- Experience using Power Automate
- Must have active Public Trust Clearance
