Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is looking for FinOps Practitioners to leverage their expertise to support a DoD client's cloud transformation efforts. As a FinOps practitioner you will leverage your cloud operations expertise to implement FinOps best practices and ensure enterprise resource allocation is optimized. You will work along side your team and key stakeholders to understand cloud usage, optimize cloud usage and cost, and to quantify business value.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 4 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions, including FinOps or cost management
- Experience developing and implementing best practices for cost model management and optimization for cloud usage and cost
- Knowledge of cloud architectures, services, and pricing models
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS services and architecture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- TS/SCI clearance
Bonus points if you have:
- FinOps Certifications such as Certified FinOps Practitioner Certification
- DoD Directive 8570 or 8140 Series IAT Level II Certification
- Cloud Computing Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI US Government security clearance is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
