Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Kubernetes Engineer to join our National Security practice.

The Work:

Assist the Lead with the planning and design effort for all tasks in the backlog (e.g. POA&M items, component upgrades, feature requests, bug fixes).
Implement the tasks in the backlog (e.g. POA&M items, component upgrades, feature requests, bug fixes).
Review changes to the Volta baseline. Update the Body of Evidence (BOE) with each release

Here's what you need:

BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics OR without a degree have at least 5 years’ experience as an engineer
Minimum 1 year experience using agile methodologies in the system development life cycle
Minimum 1 year experience with Infrastructure-as-Code / Configuration-as-Code
Minimum 1 year experience with Commercial Cloud Services
Minimum1 year experience with Kubernetes

Bonus points if:

Experience with Commercial Cloud Services (eg: AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with GitOps
Experience with the Platform One Big Bang Service
IAT level ll certification

Security Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
