Job Description
Responsible for planning and executing data migration processes, including profiling, mapping, and executing data readiness checks and conversions. Collaborate across teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth migration while performing data validation, reconciliation, and reposting post-migration, supporting agile scrum activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Conduct data profiling, mapping, and validation to ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams for requirements and resolve migration issues.
- Perform data reconciliation and generate reports post-migration.
- Communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and support agile activities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of IT experience with 2+ years' SAP S/4 HANA conversion experience (SAP Data Migration/ETL and S/4 Hana Data Migration)
- Expertise in data profiling, readiness, and mock execution for SAP data migration.
- Proficient with SAP modules (MM, LO etc.) and agile methodologies (SAFe).
- Strong skills in data analysis, mapping, and advanced Excel.
- Cross-functional collaboration to define processes, map data, and manage system integrations.
