Accenture Federal Services has an immediate hiring need for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. In this role, you will develop a thorough understanding of the requirements and then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements. Responsible for developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories; provides process flow and other required system documentation. Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution.
Here's what you need:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
