The work:
We are looking for a highly capable Workday Integration Lead to ensure that we help our clients deliver on the benefits offered by the Workday Platform. You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. You rise above and beyond to constantly finding better ways for our government to work.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise regarding data integrations from point to point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information
• Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding
• Collaborate with client and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes
• Lead a team of 1-4 consultants in the architecting of Integration solutions within the larger Workday HCM Solution
Here is what you need:
- Existing and up to date Workday Integrations Core Certification
- Consulting experience as a Lead or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- Experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)
- Hands-on Workday Integrations experience & 1 Full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation
- US Citizenship required
Bonus points if:
- Prior Federal HR/IT experience
- Congruent designer and developer experience with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment
- Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
