Accelerate People is an Ofqual approved end-point assessment (EPA) organisation. We specialise in delivering high quality and flexible EPAs for Digital Apprenticeships. Continuous Personal Development (CPD) - We believe that effective CPD contributes significantly to the improvement and quality of the End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO). An investment in the employee not only has a positive effect on their motivation and effectiveness, but it also helps to create a climate for learning, which positively affects both employee ability and assessment quality throughout the EPAO. Employees will receive a minimum of 4 sponsored days each year for CPD and upskilling in their business area.
