In this role, you’ll get to:
Work closely with Sales Reps in the field, Legal and Finance to craft renewal contracts and strategize growth opportunities within the account.
Impact you will make in the role:
You will manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for securing the renewal, as well as collaborate to close upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will manage your pipeline and routinely meet with the field to forecast the close of renewal deals. You will also work closely with Legal and Finance to structure deals and enter into new contract negotiations.
Expertise you will bring in:
Strong background in account management, proficient in SalesForce and comfortable with reading and interpreting contracts. Comfortable working in Excel (creating pivots, Vlookups, etc), as well as drafting contract language to review with legal. Ability to communicate effectively with clients as well as internally, and excellent time management skills.
