In this role, you’ll get to:

Become a key member of the Accela revenue operations team, contributing to the success of revenue operations across the entire business, ranging from sales enablement to sales operations to contracting.

Impact you will make in the role (Responsibilities):

  • Go-to-Market planning and territory management
  • Developing compensation plans, setting quotas and administering Xactly SimpliComp
  • Enhancing and driving consistent application of forecast methodology while maintaining pipeline data quality and hygiene
  • Working with IT to create and implement SFDC enhancements
  • Driving visibility and alignment across sales leadership and executives developing key performance indicators and creating SFDC dashboards and reports
  • Partnering with sales enablement to develop and roll out sales onboarding program and ongoing training
  • Collaborating with deal desk and legal to structure quotes, negotiate and deliver contracts and contracts

Expertise you will bring in (Skills and Qualifications):

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence
  • Demonstrated experience with collaboration between finance, accounting, legal, sales operations and sales to help frame and price customer quotes
  • Must be familiar with Salesforce.com, CPQ tools, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
